choongyong.koh October 16th, 2006
Ok, finally I got things worked out and I can now confirm the group screening of the movie “An Inconvenient Truth”. Here are the details:
Date: 30 Oct 2006 (Monday)
Time: 1900hrs
Venue: GV Plaza Hall 2 – Plaza Singapura Level 7
Ticket Price: S$5 per ticket (free seating)
If you are interested in buying the tickets, you can either contact Koh Choong Yong at choongyong@wp.sg or come to the Workers’ Party’s Open House on Monday evenings at 8pm (See http://www.wp.sg/contact/contact.htm for location).
Do note that the price of $5 is only for this particular screening, as part of the price has been subsidized by the Workers’ Party. If you cannot make it for this screening, the movie is still available at Golden Village cinemas at the prevailing rates at other times.
Many thanks to ECO-Singapore’s campaign (http://www.eco-singapore.org/campaign/ait/) for the movie.
